The Durango Real Estate Watch provides real estate sales
data for Durango, Bayfield, Ignacio and La Plata County,
Colorado. The Durango Real Estate Watch includes the
most currently available real estate sales data, sale financing
data and pertinent property characteristics gathered from the La
Plata County Clerk and Recorder and the La Plata County
Assessor’s office.
The data is proprietary.
Allen & Associates
is a Durango based real estate appraisal and consulting firm
committed to obtaining the most complete real estate sale data
base for Durango and La Plata County. Donna Graves with
Information Services is responsible for marketing and promoting
the proprietary Durango and La Plata County real estate sale
data collected by Allen & Associates (Bob Allen).
A monthly subscription agreement
to the Durango Real Estate Watch is available for $50 per
month. A six month subscription agreement is available for
$300. A one year subscription agreement entitles subscribers to
our annual summary report.
The content of our summary
reports varies from year to year. The number of sales by
property type, sale dollar volume, and price range, with
comparisons to previous years is typically included in the
report. We may also present in-migration data (or where the
buyers come from), annual building permit data, and/or a
comparison the Durango Real Estate Watch data with the
local MLS information. Year-end Summary Reports are
available for $75 each, or free if you subscribe to the
Durango Real Estate Watch
Custom reports are always available from the
Durango Real Estate Watch and start at $300. Additional
charges may apply.
